New to the idea of getting a personal trainer?
First of all, don't be intimidated! When looking for a personal trainer don't be scared to ask a potential trainer a lot of questions. You have to be sure that the personal trainer you choose can provide you with the type of knowledge and exercises necessary for your desired goals.

Also (possibly more importantly) you should actually like who your personal trainer is as a person. If your personality doesn't mesh well with your trainer you won't be very motivated to go see this person on a regular basis. Ideally, you should see a personal trainer at least once or twice a week for an hour to two hours. Training is going to grow old fast if you don't get along with the trainer. Also, training isn't cheap so spend your money wisely and have fun!
